New Concrete Driveway In Brighton, Michigan

We often work in neighborhoods and subdivisions where homes face similar problems. We recently installed a new concrete driveway at a home in Brighton, Michigan.

The Job Details

This home is situated in the Hodges Green II, Fishers Glen, Abbey Knoll and Southeby Square subdivisions. These neighborhoods are governed by a homeowner’s association that helps maintain the entire community.

This particular home had an asphalt driveway that was sloping towards the garage and causing water to run into the garage with every rain. The Kent Home Services team sloped the new driveway away from the garage. Then we re-routed a gutter downspout to channel water under the new concrete, and into the yard. The driveway was extended and widened just enough to allow the homeowner to back cars out of the garage without driving into the grass.

The entire project was 2,000 square feet, poured at 4 inches thick. The driveway project in Brighton was a success, and now the homeowner will have a brand new driveway to enjoy for the entire summer, and many seasons to come.

Another Satisfied Customer

Here’s what our customer had to say (via HOA Express):

If you need any concrete work completed, we would like to recommend Kent Companies. We recently had them install a new driveway for us and they did a great job. They did everything they said they would do plus extras to make our house and landscaping tie into the drive. I worked with Ed Hardesty. He took extra steps to make sure the job was completed on time and was a success.
