We’ll schedule a start date with you and will be there between 7am and 6pm. We don’t make specific appointment times and you don’t need to be home. If the work is in a garage, we will contact you regarding access. We will take care of contacting MISSDIG and pulling any permits that are necessary. Before your start date, ensure that there is a 2’ perimeter around the workspace clear of landscaping obstructions such as plants/bushes, metal or block edging, sprinkler lines/heads, fencing, and any other materials that you do not want disturbed during excavation. Move any cars out of the workspace and park down the street to allow room for construction vehicles. Turn off any sprinklers for at least 48 hours. Do not walk on your new concrete for 48 hours and do not drive on your new concrete for 10 days. Keep all heavy vehicle traffic off new concrete for at least 28 days.

If you need additional storage, give us a call and we can assist with getting you a one or two-week pod rental delivered to your driveway. Do not enter your space during or for 24 hours after completion of the spray foam project.
We recommend these steps to care for your new concrete.
- Do not apply water or mist your concrete for 48 hours. Ensure that sprinklers are turned off.
- Backfill immediately and do not allow water to drain beneath your slab.
- Clear organics and debris from your slab right away to prevent staining.
- Apply a high quality self-leveling joint sealer to all control joints and maintain regularly.
- Do not walk on your new concrete for 48 hours and do not drive on your new concrete for 10 days. Keep all heavy vehicle traffic including package delivery vehicles off new concrete for at least 28 days.
- Apply a high quality penetrating water and de-icing repellent sealer regularly over the lifetime of your concrete.
- Shovel your driveway completely after each snow/ice event; ensure all road salt is cleared. Do not drive on your driveway until snow/ice is cleared.
- Do not apply salt to your driveway, use sand or other manufacturer approved traction material.
- Avoid parking in the same spot on your driveway regularly in the winter.
We recommend these steps to care for your new concrete.
- Do not walk or drive on your new concrete for 24 hours.
- Do no drag or pull any items across the new flooring.
- Clean up organics, oil, and chemicals from your coating right away.
- Keep your new coating clean by sweeping and mopping with water and a light detergent (see manufacturer recommendations).
- For heavy traffic, utilize a floor scrubber for a deeper clean.
